| The TX-500 is a rugged broadband solid state MOSFET RF amplifier.
This lightweight
unit uses ultra-efficient COLD-FET(TM) technology and SMPSUs. A front panel LCD
readout displays forward and reflected power levels, plus the internal temperature.
The unit will contiue to operate at reduced power into mismatched loads. Harmonic output
is typically better than -75dBc thanks to an integral RF filter.
